Convocação dos Cooperados para participarem da Assembleia Geral Especial (AG Especial) 2024
A Assembleia será realizada de forma híbrida, presencialmente na sede da cooperativa, situada à Rua Ministro Joaquim Bastos, nº117, Bairro Fátima, Fortaleza-CE, CEP 60415-040, e por meio virtual, através da plataforma Google Meet, no dia 16/12/2024, em primeira convocação, às 13h (treze horas) com a participação de no mínimo, 2/3 (dois terços) dos cooperados; em segunda convocação, às 14h (quatorze horas) com a participação de no mínimo, metade mais um dos cooperados e em terceira e última convocação, às 15h (quinze horas) com a participação de no mínimo 50 (cinquenta) cooperados.
Os cooperados interessados em participar da Assembleia deverão acessar o link www.coopen-ce.com.br/assembleiadigital e realizar seu cadastro até o horário da primeira convocação.
Informamos que para fazer a inscrição na Assembleia os dados cadastrais (telefone e e-mail) precisam estar atualizados. Atualize seus dados através de nosso e-mail atualizacao@coopen-ce.com.br ou pelo WhatsApp (85)3257-4564.
No chat do aplicativo Google Meet, no dia e horário de cada convocação da Assembleia, será disponibilizado o link para a listagem de presença, onde todos os cooperados deverão preencher os dados solicitados. Tenha em mãos seu número de matrícula da COOPEN.
Será realizado sorteio de brindes, para os cooperados que preencherem a listagem de presença.
